ingredients: wholegrain wheat flour (30 %), linseeds (10 %), wholegrain spelt flour (10 %), wholegrain rye flour (7 %), pumpkin seeds (7 %), oats (7 %), wholegrain oat flour (5 %), wholegrain barley flour (5 %), sunflower seeds (4 %), extra virgin olive oil (3 %), sesame seeds (2 %), sea salt, sourdough dried (rye flour), yeast, spelt flour (1 %), barley malt extract.
