Recipes with crispbread
Dr. Karg's Crispbread Tiramisu
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 150g Dr. Karg crispbread Organic Spelt Muesli
- 500g Mascarpone
- 1 pack whip cream
- 1 cup Espresso
- 2 table spoons Amaretto
- 2 table spoons orange juice
- 2 table spoons maple sirup
- 30g cocoa
- 2 table spoons sugar
For the taste:
Preparation
- Whip cream, add Mascarpone and mingle everything, add sugar and 1 table spoon maple sirup.
- Mix the Espresso with Amaretto and orange juice, put everything in a huge flat bowl and dip the crispbread slices ( approximately for 2 minutes).
- Put the crème and the crispbread slices in 2 layers in an angular candy mold of ~ 8cm height.
- Spread each crispbread layer additionally with maple sirup. Cover everything with cocoa before serving.
- Special serving suggestion: If you are into fruits, simply add some puréed fruits (e.g. peaches) to the Mascarpone crème.
