Ingredients for 4 persons

2 slices
Dr. Karg's crispbread Classic 3-Seed
1 small pear
100 g green grapes
100 g red grapes
150 g low-fat yoghurt (1.5 % fat)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

 

 

Classic 3 Seed
With white sesame seeds, linseeds and sunflower seeds

Preparation

Wash and dry the fruits.
Halve the pear, remove the base and kernels and cut into small pieces.
Halve and de-seed the grapes.

Crumble the crispbread into a huge dessert bowl.

Sweeten the yoghurt with honey and stir.
Spread over the crispbread.
Add the fruits and let rest. Garnish with the pomegranate seeds.
