Beer Punch

Preparation

  • put local, seasonal fruit (e. g. blackberries, raspberries, cubed pear) into a punch bow
  • add 1 bottle of sparkling wine and let everything sit in the fridge for 2 hours
  • cut 2 lemons and 2 limes into slices
  • before serving, add the lemon and lime slices to the punch and pour over 1.5 litres of your favourite chilled local beer
  • garnish with some fresh lemon balm
