Crispbread Crunch Flakes

Preparation

For 40 pieces:

  • break 1 pack of our wholegrain crispbread Cranberry & Coconut into small pieces (alternatively you can use a food processor or grind with a meat tenderizer)
  • put some parchment paper or a baking mat (the more sustainable option :)) on a baking tray
  • melt chocolate (you can use white, milk or dark) over a bain-marie
  • mix the crispbread pieces well with the melted chocolate
  • form small heaps on the parchment paper or the baking mat using a tablespoon
  • let the crunch flakes harden in a cool place for several hours
