lemon herb butter

Preparation

  • finely chop 1 bunch of mixed herbs (e.g. rosemary, chives, thyme)
  • finely scrub the zest of 1 organic lemon
  • mix the herbs and lemon zest with 150g soft butter
  • season to taste with salt and pepper
  • fill into a preserving jar and store in your fridge
  • enjoy with 1 package of our Organic HÜTTS Rosemary & Sea Salt
