Preparation

  • fill dressing of your own choice into a preserving jar (e.g. 3 tablespoons of vinegar, some honey, salt and pepper)
  • cook 5 tablespoons of quinoa and fill into the jar
  • add the following ingredients in layers: blueberries, araugula, pomegranate, cherry tomatoes, cress
  • break up some of our Organic wholegrain snack Cheese & Pumpkin Seed and fill into the jar as crunchy topping
  • thoroughly shake the closed jar unitl the dressing is spread properly - pack up and crunch away in your lunch break
