Preparation

  • pour 250 ml coconut water into a blender
  • add 1 slice of Organic Quinoa & Amaranth, broken into pieces
  • cut 1 banana and some fresh mango into pieces, add them into the blender along with raspberries
  • blend until the texture is smooth and homogenous
