tarte flambée with figs

Preparation

  • spread some sour cream onto 1 slice of our organic crispbread Seeded Spelt
  • season to taste with salt and pepper
  • slice 1 fig and finely chop 1/2 shallot and put both onto the crispbread
  • crumble some goat's cheese and sprinkle onto the crispbread as well
  • bake for about 5 minutes at 160 degree in a fan oven
  • baste with some honey before serving
