salad with mango & raspberry

Preparation

  • wash 1 handful of lamb's lettuce and place in a salad bowl
  • cut 1 mini cucumber into bite-size pieces
  • cut 1/2 mango into pieces
  • ad 1 handful of raspberries to the bowl
  • chop up few basil leaves
  • dressing: 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp agave nectar, 2 tbsp water, 3 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper
  • add basil and dressing to the salad and carefully combine
  • enjoy with our crispbread on the side, e.g. Organic Quinoa & Amaranth
