Vegan Hummus

Preparation

  • peel and coarsly chop 1 clove of garlic
  • squeeze 1 small lemon
  • fill garlic, lemon juice, ½ tin of chickpeas, 2 tblsp. tahina and 2 tblsp. olive oil into an electric blender and purée finely
  • add some olive oil or water if necessary (makes the hummus more creamy)
  • season to taste with salt and pepper
  • garnish with some chili powder and chickpeas
