Ingredients for 4 persons
||Dr. Karg's crispbread Emmental Cheese & Pumpkin Seed|
|350 g||Camembert (at least 45 % fat in dry matter)|
|90 g||soft butter|
|1/2||bunch of chives|
Cut off roughly the Camembert’s rind. Cut the Camembert into small pieces and put into a bowl.
Squeeze the Camembert with a fork and mix with butter and cream.
Finely dice the onion and add to the cheese-butter-cream mix.
Wash, dry and cut the chives.
Clean and wash the radishes and cut them into thin slices.
Season well with paprika, salt and pepper.
Spread some “Obatzter” on the crispbread slices and garnish with radish slices, caraway seeds, chives and parsley.
