Ingredients for 4 persons

1 bag Dr. Karg's wholegrane snacks (110g), (e.g. Cheese & Pumpkin Seed)
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 small chilli
1/2 spring onion
200 g cream cheese (60 % fat in dry matter)
2 tablespoons yoghurt
some paprika powder
  salt
Cheese & Pumpkin Seed
with savoury Emmental cheese and crisp pumpkin seeds

Preparation

Dice the yellow, green and red pepper.

Slice chilli and spring onions into little rings – quantity depending on your taste.

Stir the cream cheese with the yoghurt, season well with paprika and some salt.
Mix the vegetable and finally season to taste.

Garnish with some pieces of pepper and chilli.

Serve with our wholegrain snacks, e.g. Cheese & Pumpkin Seed.
