Wholegrain Crispbread with extra virgin olive oil (4 %).
Ingredients: wholegrain wheat flour (35g**), linseeds (11g**), wholegrain spelt wheat flour (11g**), wholegrain rye flour (8g**), pumpkin seeds (7g**), oat flakes (7g**), wholegrain barley flour (6g**), wholegrain oat flour (6g**), sunflower seeds (4g**), extra virgin olive oil (4g**), sesame seeds (2g**), sea salt, dried whole rye sourdough (2g**), yeast, spelt wheat flour (1g**), barley malt extract (1g**).

Spelt has to be declared as an allergen. As spelt is botanically seen a type of wheat, it is not sufficient to declare it as “spelt” in the ingredients list. A clear reference to the specific type of the cereal, i.e. "wheat" is required by law. As a result the following declaration "spelt wheat" is used. It is, however, not a mixture of spelt and wheat. The quality of our products remains the same.
