Not only have our bakers put all their love into our delightful products, it also contains lots of other valuable ingredients which contribute to a balanced and wholesome diet:

Fibres

Thanks to our delicious grains and seeds, our products are rich in natural fibres. Fibres are indigestible parts of our food and should be part of a balanced diet.

A sufficient intake of fibre can support digestion and contributes to normal bowel function.

Our Organic Super Seed Cracker Amazing Amaranth has the "super power" to be rich in fibre (with a share of 12% fibre).

Unsaturated
Fatty Acids

Unsaturated fatty acids lower the “bad” cholesterol (LDL) and raise the amount of “good” cholesterol (HDL). The most important monounsaturated fatty acid is oleic acid, which can be found, for example, in olive oil:

All our crispbreads, wholegrain snacks and wholegrain delights are made with extra virgin olive oil.

Omega-3 fatty acid is another important unsaturated fatty acid. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids, i. e. our body cannot produce them itself and we have to ingest them with our food on a regular basis.

Gluten-free

Incredible Quinoa:

oatflakes and oilseeds

Gluten (or gluing protein) is contained in grain such as wheat and spelt, but also e.g. in rye and barley. Some people suffer from a gluten sensitivity or intolerance and should therefore live on a gluten-free diet. This is pretty simple with naturally gluten-free products, such as oilseeds or so-called "pseudocereals" such as quinoa or amaranth. Even without any medical condition, gluten-free products can be a tasty part of a balanced nutrition and give a snack "that extra bite".

Our Organic Super Seed Crackers with naturally gluten-free ingredients bid your hunger a pleasurable farewell. The high share of oilseeds make for that SEEDsationally delicious taste and crunch delight.

PROTEINS

The vital amino acids required to build proteins should preferably be supplied to your body in natural form. It is much easier for your body to take in vegetable protein (e. g. from linseeds) than animal protein (e. g. from meat).

Many of our crispbread varieties are a source of protein, for example thanks to the high amount of linseeds in them.

For all those who put an emphasis on protein in their diet we have our crunchy protein delights:
